Please DO NOT allow anyone to play on or around the display. We also ask that you do not remove our signs from your lawn for any reason. Should you need them picked up early, give us a shout and we’ll be happy to take care of it.

 

TERMS & CONDITIONS:

This page contains the terms & conditions for Sparkling Script. Please read these terms & conditions carefully before ordering your yard greeting. You should understand that by ordering any of our products, you agree to be bound by these terms & conditions.

 

PAYMENT:

Payment is to be paid in full at time of booking in order to hold the reservation.

 

CANCELLATION:

Cancellations at least 48 hours in advance of your scheduled delivery will result in a full refund. Cancellations within 24 hours of your scheduled delivery will result in a 50% refund or a credit to be used at a later date. Cancellations made the day of scheduled delivery may not receive a refund. If cancellation is part of a fundraiser, customer will receive the original invoice amount minus the donation amount.

 

RUSH ORDERS:

Rush (within 48 hours) and same day orders will be accommodated with the following conditions:

o Based on available inventory
o Rush fee may apply
o Orders placed within 24 hours of requested event day are not guaranteed

 

INCLEMENT WEATHER:

We will not be able to deliver your yard greeting if there is lightning, high winds, or other hazardous weather conditions that prevent set up and/or take down, or affect the stability and/or potential damage to the signs. In the event of inclement weather, if we are unable to reschedule the greeting, a refund will be honored.

 

REFUND POLICY:

We will not refund payment if homeowner requests greeting to be removed, for errors that occur on order submission, or if the yard is not install-ready. Timely notification of cancellation of order. If you need to cancel your order it must be done 5 days prior to the greeting date. Refunds will not be given if cancelled after the 5 day period. Given the wrong delivery address (We will do everything we can to verify the address prior to the greeting being installed). Unable to access a gated community or other areas made inaccessible. In the event of inclement weather (hurricanes, lightning, thunderstorms, hail, heavy rain, high winds, or any other Act of God) the yard greeting will be rescheduled. You are responsible for the condition of your lawn. Should you not water as recommended, and the signs are unable to be placed due to the hardness/dryness of your lawn, you will receive a refund less a $45 charge for labor/delivery.

DELIVERY:

The yard sign will be delivered the evening before or morning of event date unless other arrangements have been made. All prices include delivery, set up and take down of the yard greeting.

INDEMNIFICATION:

Customer (you) shall INDEMNIFY, hold harmless, and DEFEND Rise and Sign Yard Signs against any DEMANDS, CAUSES OF ACTION, SUITS, damage, injury, death, claim, loss, charge or expense (including, without limitation, attorneys’ fees, court costs, and the costs of investigation) AND LIABILITIES OF ANY KIND of any party arising out of, relating to, or claimed to arise out of or relate to, THE SERVICES AND PRODUCTS PROVIDED BY SPARKLING SCRIPT YARD SIGNS TO THE EXTENT THE CLAIM, LOSS OR EXPENSE IS CAUSED BY THE NEGLIGENCE, WILLFUL MISCONDUCT, OR OTHER FAULT (including, but not limited to Breach of contract) OF CUSTOMER (YOU) or YOUR AGENTS.

Customer (you) shall reimburse Sparkling Script Yard Signs for any and all costs and expenses (including, without limitation, litigation and other defense costs, court costs, and attorney fees) incurred by Rise and Sign Yard Signs in connection with any such claims, demands, causes of action, suits, judgments, losses, damages, and liabilities of whatever description within thirty (30) days after receipt of written demand for same.

POLICY:

All yard greetings are meant to be pleasant surprises. Please remember to notify the homeowner that they will be receiving the greeting within 24 hours so that they can make arrangements. Homeowners need to turn off their sprinkler systems and notify yard service companies for the duration of the yard greeting. All signs remain property of Sparkling Script. Any damage, destruction or tampering with the yard signs is prohibited. Signs should not be moved without consent. If there is any damage to the display, you are responsible for replacement of the graphic, letter or stake at full replacement value.

 

Sparkling Script reserves the right to politely decline orders that are political, controversial, lewd, disrespectful or that do not fit the celebratory nature of our business. If an order is declined, a full refund will be given.
